2. Service Contracts & Formal SLAs
Information displayed on this website is intended for informational and proposal scoping purposes. Formal guarding, surveillance, manpower, payroll, and facility management operations are governed exclusively by executed Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and site-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
3. Statutory PSARA & Labor Adherence
QPSS operates under the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005 (PSARA) and respective State PSARA Rules. All guarding personnel are deployed in accordance with statutory minimum wages, mandatory insurance, and labor enactments.
4. Jurisdiction & Governance
These terms and any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
